The Company’s lead product, PAC-113, is an anti-fungal in a Phase II program for the treatment of oral Candidiasis. Pacgen reported positive proof of efficacy results from its Phase I/IIa trial of PAC-113 and has recently completed patient recruitment for its Phase IIb dose ranging trial. Pacgen also has an early stage research program. The most advanced candidate is a peptide therapeutic, PAC-G31P, which is being investigated in preclinical studies for its potential to treat inflammatory disease.
